  • First Communities Receive Porto Central's Mobile Ombudsman Service

The initiative strengthens dialogue and ensures transparency for residents.

In January, the Porto Central Mobile Ombudsman visited the communities of Marobá, Praia das Neves, Jaqueira, and Campo Novo in Presidente Kennedy (ES). Around 40 people joined to ask questions, share opinions, and learn more about the new port.

During the visits, residents spoke directly with the Porto Central team. They learned about the port phases, potential impacts, regional benefits, and job opportunities. The goal is to keep the community informed, encourage participation, and bring Porto Central closer to the community.

The service will continue in the coming months, reaching more communities. The next visits are scheduled for Santo Eduardo on February 5 and the municipal headquarters on February 7. For an updated schedule and more details, visit: https://portocentral.rds.land/ouvidoria-movel. .

The Mobile Ombudsman reinforces Porto Central’s commitment to the community. It provides information, listens to residents, and ensures transparency. The service meets social and environmental commitments agreed upon with IBAMA (Brazilian Institute of Environment and Renewable Natural Resources).
