We are Porto Central Complexo Industrial Portuário S.A., a privately held company created in 2014, controlled by a single shareholder, TPK Logística S.A. Porto Central is responsible for the development and implementation of the Porto Central project, a new world-class, deep-water industrial port complex in the Municipality of Presidente Kennedy, in the South of the State of Espírito Santo. In the future, Porto Central S.A. it will also exercise the role of port authority of the port complex.

TPK Logística S.A. was created in 2011 by entrepreneurs from Espírito Santo with extensive experience in the areas of port operation, mining, civil construction, logistics, offshore industry and energy. The company's main shareholder is the Polimix Organization, one of the largest concrete companies in Brazil, with over 40 years of experience. Founded in 1976, the company is present in 185 units in 21 Brazilian states and in 23 units in Latin America (Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Panama and Peru).

The growth of the concrete business led the Polimix Organization to invest in a more diversified portfolio in recent years, including participation in construction materials logistics (carriers), renewable energy (SHP's - small hydroelectric plants, wind, bioenergy and solar), recycling activities (tires and construction waste), mining and the Porto Central port project.

Our structure includes an administrative office in Vitória (ES) and the headquarters of the port complex in Presidente Kennedy (ES).
