Reinforcing its commitment to transparency, Porto Central created the Ethics Channel for forwarding and investigating eventual complaints by the Ethics Committee.
The records of complaints, suggestions and doubts can be made through a telephone call (0800), website and in the future also by App. We count with specialized service from psychologists, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Calls are always free, from anywhere in the country. In all cases, confidentiality, anonymity, independence, impartiality and exemption in the treatment, verification and archiving of the information received will be ensured.
