Porto Central participou da Argus Latin America Energy Week

O Porto Central participou da Argus Latin America Energy Week realizada na semana do dia 22 a 26 de maio de 2017 no hotel Sheraton no Rio de Janeiro. O evento incluiu a Argus Rio Crude Conference, um dos maiores eventos sobre produção e distribuição de petróleo na América Latina, que participamos pelo terceiro ano consecutivo, e a Argus Latin America Motor Fuels Conference, que em sua primeira edição forneceu projeções para o crescimento do mercado de importação de combustíveis nos próximos anos.

No dia 23 de maio, o Diretor Comercial do Porto de Roterdã Internacional, Roland van Assche, participou do painel de discussões sobre Logística na América Latina. Ele explicou o papel dos portos na cadeia de valor das empresas petrolíferas e apresentou a longa experiência do Porto de Roterdã, o maior hub de granéis líquidos do mundo com uma movimentação de 223,5 MT de granéis líquidos em 2016. Roland também apresentou como o Porto de Roterdã quer contribuir para o mercado de óleo & gás no Brasil através do desenvolvimento do novo complexo industrial portuário Porto Central.

The event included the Argus Rio Crude Conference, one of the largest events in Latin America on oil production and distribution, at which we participated for the third consecutive year, and the Argus Latin America Motor Fuels Conference, which in its first edition gave projections for the market growth of fuel imports in the coming years.

On May 23, the Commercial Director of the Port of Rotterdam International, Roland van Assche, participated in the discussion panel on Logistics in Latin America. He explained the role of ports in the value chain of oil companies and presented the long-standing experience of the Port of Rotterdam, the world’s largest liquid bulk hub with a throughput of 223,5 MT of liquid bulk cargos in 2016. Roland presented how the Port of Rotterdam wants to contribute to the oil & gas market in Brazil through the development of the new industrial port complex Porto Central.
